Informasi Penting Terkait Pelaksanaan Ujian Tulis dan Wawancara Calon Mahasiswa Baru Jalur Kerjasama PSIK FK UNHAS Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016

Harap diperhatikan:

  • Peserta ujian harus berada di ruang ujian paling lambat 30 menit sebelum ujian dimulai.
  • Ujian Tulis akan dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 13 Juli 2015, jam 08.00-12.30 WITA, yang terdiri atas:
    1. Jam 08.00-10.00 WITA untuk Tes Kemampuan Dasar (TKD)
    2. Jam 10.30-12.30 WITA untuk Tes Kemampuan Keperawatan (TKK)
  • Wawancara akan dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 14 Juli 2015, jam 08.00-15.00 WITA. Lokasi ruang ujian dapat dilihat di ruang administrasi Lantai 4 PSIK FK UNHAS.
  • Seluruh peserta ujian wajib membawa kartu ujian dan alat tulis selama ujian tulis dan wawancara.

  1. Pendaftaran : 01 – 09 Juli 2015
  2. Penyerahan portofolio : 09 Juli 2015
  3. Seleksi masuk :Ujian tulis & pemeriksaan hasil ujian : 13 Juli 2015
    Asesmen portofolio : 13 – 14 Juli 2015
    Wawancara : 14 Juli 2015
    Rapat hasil kelulusan : 15 Juli 2015
    Pengiriman hasil rapat ke Biro Akademik : 15 Juli 2015 (sore)
  4. Pengumuman hasil seleksi masuk : Rektorat UNHAS
  5. Registrasi ulang MABA 2015 : 03 – 14 Agustus 2015

SELEKSI & PERSYARATAN MABA JALUR KERJASAMA :

  1. Formulir pendaftaran
  2. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)*
  3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) terbaru
  4. Portofolio
  5. Fotokopi SK Kepegawaian terakhir yang telah dilegalisir baik oleh pemerintah maupun swasta.
  6. Fotokopi ijazah & transkrip Diploma III atau Diploma IV Keperawatan yang terakreditasi dan terlegalisir (Sertakan Fotokopi SK Akreditasi dari BAN-PT).
  7. Surat Tugas Belajar dari instansi asal calon peserta.
  8. Surat Keterangan telah bekerja di instansi pelayanan atau pendidikan keperawatan minimal 2 (dua) tahun.
  9. Surat Keterangan Kesehatan dari dokter.
  10. Surat Pernyataan biaya pendidikan dan mengikuti pendidikan hingga selesai.
  11. Surat Persetujuan dari Suami/Istri untuk melanjutkan pendidikan.
  12. Bukti pembayaran biaya pendaftaran.
  13. Pasfoto berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 3 lembar.

The 1st International Nursing and Health Sciences Student Conference is a two days conference that will provide opportunities for health professionals, academicians including students as well as health practitioners to address the latest knowledge and research, in order to understand better about current issues in nursing and health sciences areas as well as sharing experiences how to utilize research results in health care setting to provide best possible care for our society.

The conference is designed to address health problems and issues related to nursing, midwifery, medical, public health and any other related health sciences disciplines. This conference also gives opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing and health sciences students to disseminate their research in their expertise.

The program includes a workshop on current issues in qualitative research, quantitative research and writing for publication by experts. Our speakers will engage delegates with current issues in research such as methodology approaches, as well as tips and tricks about writing for publication. Join us in this conference at a range of networking events to gain further insights and share your experience and knowledge.

This conference accommodates some areas in nursing and health sciences such as Emergency and acute care, maternal, child and women’s health, community and family health, gerontology and mental health, palliative care, and education and workforce.

Objectives:

  1. To provide a platform for health professionals, academicians including students as well as health practitioners to disseminate their research outputs.
  2. To facilitate the creation of new knowledge through the exchange of ideas, strategies and innovations in the various disciplines of health sciences.
  3. To provide opportunities of networking and collaboration among academics, scientists and researchers in opening their way to a broader and more intensified cooperation.

  6. Education and workforce
