Roles and Duties

The Quality Assurance Group (GPM) has the task of planning, implementing, controlling and developing the academic quality assurance system of faculties and study programs in line with the Unhas Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), and is responsible for improving quality in a planned and sustainable manner.

In carrying out the tasks, GPM has the following functions:

  1. Formulation of academic quality policy in line with Unhas academic quality policy, in order to achieve academic performance targets of faculty and study programs;
  2. Formulation and development of academic quality standards in line with Unhas quality standards;
  3. Implementation of academic and management quality standards in line with Unhas quality standards;
  4. Formulation of academic quality manuals in line with Unhas quality manuals;
  5. Development of information system-based academic quality monitoring and evaluation systems;
  6. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation of academic quality assurance activities;
  7. Submission of monitoring and evaluation results and recommendations in writing to the Dean;
  8. Implementation of analysis of follow-up implementation of monitoring and evaluation;
  9. Provision of improvement recommendations to achieve faculty and study program goals; and
  10. Conducting other tasks given by the Dean.

Quality policy at the Faculty of Medicine is guided by the Surat Keputusan Dekan Tentang Kebijakan Penjaminan Mutu Nomor 47/UN4.6/KEP/2020
